We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided proof of purchase or order number is presented.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact, and in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
• Exchanges for a different size or item are possible if the requested item is in stock.
• Requests will be reviewed immediately, and customers will be updated via email with the status of their request.
• Refunds will be processed via Instapay only.
• Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
