Refund policy
We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided proof of purchase or order number is presented.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact, and in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- Exchanges for a different size or item are possible if the requested item is in stock.
- Requests will be reviewed immediately, and customers will be updated via email with the status of their request.
- Refunds will be processed via Instapay only.
- Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
For all return and exchange requests, email us at denalilabel@gmail.com, ensuring the subject line clearly states whether it’s a Return or Exchange along with your Order Number.
Please note:
- Returns or exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.
- Discounted items and bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To make changes to or cancel your order, contact us at denalilabel@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed or canceled.
